Waist: 13.5 inches (27 inches around)
Length: 15 inches from top to centre of waist band, 42.5 inches full length

Lining:
Not lined, slightly sheer. Eyelet has the holes from the pattern. I reckon only the bottom requires a slip, personal preference!
