Waist: 9.5 unstretched, 14.5 inches stretched max (taut elastic), hook closure can be shifted a bit for a bit more space.
Length: 16.5 inches from top of strap to waist line, 43.75 inches full length

Lining:
Top not lined, skirt is lined.

- POCKETS!
- Button down from top to bottom of skirt.
- Great detail, see pleats on sleeve, and the pleats that hide the front buttons!
