Waist: 13.5 inches unstretched, 16 inches stretched (elastic)
Length: 16 inches from top to waist, 43.25 full length

Lining:
Top not lined, skirt is lined. Top very slightly sheer, doesn't need slip I reckon, just nude undergarments.

Note:
- Front button down, and hidden zip from waist downwards.
- Polka dot print on textured lightweight material.
- Belt pictured not included.
