Waist: 11.5 inches unstretched, up to 17 inches stretched (elastic)
Hips: 19 inches
Length: 14.25 inches from top to waist, 39.25 inches full length

Lining:
Skirt lined, top not lined, Top slightly sheer, nude bra is enough I reckon, but up to personal preference!
