Pit to Pit: Approx. 19.25 inches (falls well on smaller sizes, see pics)
Waist: 14.25 inches unstretched, stretches to 16.5 inches (elastic is a little weak)
Length: 15.75 inches from top to waist, 40.5 inches full length

Lining:
Top slightly sheer, skirt has slip, nude bra required I reckon, not sheer enough to require a slip.
