Waist: 17 inches (side straps are fixed, no elastic)
Length: 17 inches from top of strap to waist (shift button on strap to make shorter or longer), 42 inches full length

Lining:
Not lined, not sheer.

Note:
- Back of chest has elastic.
- Note that the fixed waist is worn over the chest.
- Shoulder straps can be adjusted by shifting the button.
